Middle Caicos which is part of the Turks and Caicos Islands is about a hour and a half journey from where we live on the island of Provodenciales. Begin by taking the ferry to North Caicos, hire a car and then venture over the bumpy causeway to Middle Caicos. Dragon Cay in Mudjin Harbour was by far our favourite beach to visit during our babymoon at six months back in March. I would love to go back and stay at Blue Horizon!
