Sometimes I have to pinch myself when starting to post about topics such as this. A destination wedding held on a remote island in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean at the outstanding Hilton Hotel, Mauritius. Yip that’s right, Mauritius. Not only was it one of the most amazing places we have visited (so far) but the couple are such good, happy, friendly people and I am very proud to call them friends. These are the kind of people who make you feel like you have known them for years, like we must have grown up together and shared a history, living in the same street or attending the same school – but no, our friendship is fresh and new growing stronger by the day. What a privilege it was to be booked by them over a year ago, for us to be flown out to a far flung land and to be a part of their one extraordinary day. Congratulations Jen & Dom and thank-you!
