You may remember the sneak peek from this wedding in a previous post: An Ode To Louboutin. This is the wedding of Sara & Niall who where married with a Catholic Wedding Ceremony held at Chilworth Friary in Surrey. I spent the morning with the girls who where preparing for the wedding day at Heath House in Godalming – A charming, quirky and quintessential English Bed & Breakfast.

“I met up with Niall along with his Best Man and Groomsmen at the Percy Arms Pub in Chilworth prior to them departing for the Friary. In true Irish tradition a customary Guiness while going over any last minute details was the order of the day. Chilworth Fransiscan Friary designed by Frederick Walters was founded in 1892. The original Fransiscan friars arrived in Britain in 1224. It really is a stunning building and testament to the late gothic style prevalent in its design. The detail in the design of the building continues within with stone sculptures and stained glass windows. Although Niall and Sara don’t worship permanently at the Chilworth Friary, they were kindly allowed to get married there which was a blessing in itself as it was within a desirable distance from Gatestreet Barn where the reception was held.” – Craig
